It's Time To Press Reset
To be honest, this year alone has been a lot on me and I recently had to take a "mid-year reset". This was a mental reset for me so I could increase the joy and happiness in my life. I've been a witness that life does not stop when personal struggles arise, so I had to make the effort on my end to not let life get the best of me.
I want to give you 5 helpful tips to use when you're planning your mid-year reset.
Start and end your day with quiet time.
Do things that make you happy.
Do a digital/information detox.
Clean your house and workspace.
Practice being present.
